The Fullerton Community Pool is a brand new water park that opened in June. It includes a family slide, two diving towers, and a lazy river. It was constructed for a cost of $4.5 million. The community came together to fund the construction with bake sales and raffles. This helped secure $425,000 in grant money and other contributions from the community. The town paid the rest of the bill. Before opening, Fullerton had no swimming pool. Today, the community pool employs 23 employees and 19 lifeguards.

Fullerton has two water parks open for summertime fun. The Lemon Park Splash Pad is free to use and has a spray pad, several water sprayers, and a playground. The Splash Pad is open daily from 10 a.m. to sunset, but remember to wear a bathing suit. Also, while you’re in Fullerton, be sure to check out the Fullerton Museum Center, which is open daily from 10:30am to 8pm.

The Cedar Point water park is part of a larger amusement park and has several family-friendly attractions. It is also home to Hook’s Lagoon, a kids’ aquatic playground. Other attractions at this water park include the aquatic half-pipe and a giant funnel slide. Guests can also enjoy racing slides and a body slide. The body slide lets guests fall 70 feet from the air.
